We are native Michiganders embarking on the retirement stage of life. We have always loved the Myrtle Beach area and finally got an opportunity to purchase this condominium. We look forward to sharing our beach house with others when we are not there. We will especially enjoy it when you share your experience with us.

After vacationing in this very unit for many years, we grabbed it when it became available. It is a very special place to us and to our family. We hope to keep it in the family for generations to come.

The ocean front view is spectacular. We have named our beach house 'Sea Breezes at Carters' Cove'. That is a perfect description because this unit gets breezes off the ocean day and night. It is on the 3rd floor, high enough up to view the entire beach, north and south. Weddings take place right below us on the beach nearly every weekend. It is a spectacular view...can't wait for you to see it!

A Place at The Beach resort condominium complex is situated on the very popular Shore Drive section of Myrtle Beach. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a maximum capacity of 8. It has a living room, dining area, completely equipped kitchen and a balcony. It comes equipped with air conditioning, television, microwave, dishwasher and internet access. The building has a coin operated washer and dryer facility. The resort complex features a swimming pool, sun deck, grilling area and beach access. Bedding consists of one king bed in the master bedroom, one double bed and a set of twin bunk beds in the second bedroom as well as a queen sized pull out sofa in the living room. 55" Samsung Smart 4K SUHD TV in living room and a 55" Sony Smart 4K SUHD TV in master bedroom.
